The project was delivered in four distinct phases, each involving a complete build-out of an individual floor to allow for a seamless and efficient construction process. Scope of work included the creation of new private offices and conference rooms featuring custom floating ceiling elements. Structural reinforcement was required to support a custom sliding NanaWall system and bespoke island countertops. Additional interior features included open work areas with exposed, painted ceilings, custom panel ceiling treatments, nine-foot wood ceilings, and extensive custom millwork throughout, resulting in a highly detailed and cohesive interior environment.
