Lighthouse

Adaptive reuse of the 1962 Richard Dorman–designed, two-story bank building, transforming the 6,183 SF structure into a modern office environment while respecting its original architectural character. The project included an interior remodel of approximately 6,345 SF, along with the addition of 1,301 SF of new office space on the second floor to support expanded program needs. Upgrades to the parking garage were completed to improve accessibility and overall functionality. Exterior enhancements included upgraded parking areas, improved landscaping and hardscape, a new wood deck, and upgraded exterior lighting, creating a more welcoming and cohesive arrival experience.
