Grafton Lofts

Ground-up construction of a three-story mixed-use building featuring one level of underground parking, a ground-floor parking garage, and three commercial units at street level with two levels of residential units above. The project scope included major infrastructure upgrades, such as the installation of new underground electrical service, a transformer pad, switchboard, and communications systems to support both residential and commercial uses.
