Tenant improvement of an existing industrial media production facility, involving a comprehensive upgrade to both the building envelope and interior spaces. The scope of work included architectural and structural improvements, a full roof replacement, and saw cutting for the installation of 15 new windows within the existing concrete tilt-up structure to increase natural light. A complete MEP buildout was executed to support the facility’s operational needs. Interior improvements included new restrooms, kitchen space, offices and work areas, dedicated production spaces, and supporting storage areas, resulting in a modernized, fully functional media production environment.
