An 80,000 SF new open-office buildout featuring a comprehensive suite of collaborative and amenity-driven spaces. The project included multiple conference centers, a full-service fitness center, and a kitchen and dining area designed to support employee wellness and daily use. Additional scope included new interconnecting stairs to enhance circulation, construction of new core restrooms, upgrades to the garage lobby, and installation of new lighting throughout. Major building infrastructure improvements were also completed, including a new central plant to support long-term performance and efficiency.
