Michael Grossman
President

Michael Grossman founded Pinnacle Contracting Corporation in 1993. As President of the company, Michael has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. His extensive background ranges from managing high-end tenant improvements to constructing mid-rise office buildings. His list of clients range from the Entertainment and Technology Industries to Education and Governmental Agencies.

Michael's previous construction experience includes working as Vice President of Cal-Pac Construction in which he managed over 3 million square feet of commercial interior office projects. He also worked as Senior Project Manager at Environmental Contracting Corporation in which he was responsible for managing high-end entertainment and technology industry commercial projects.

Michael's conscientious approach to detail ensures accuracy and efficiency throughout each phase of a project. With a high standard of excellence, Michael is able to exceed client's expectations due to the broad spectrum of projects he has managed. While coordinating constant communication with the project team, Michael ensures that the collaboration of all team members is maintained in order to achieve successful results.

Michael's primary focus in on developing long term, service based, relationships with all of Pinnacle's clients. Satisfied, repeat clients are Pinnacle's best recommendation.

Michael graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

 

Mark A. Tieman
Vice President

As Vice President of Pinnacle Contracting Corporation, Mark A. Tieman, has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. With expertise in all types of commercial projects, Mark’s client base spans all industries including Hospitals, Governmental agencies and Universities.

Mark’s previous construction experience includes working as Senior Estimator at Cal-Pac Construction in which he was responsible for building renovation, commercial interior and hospital projects. He also worked as Senior Project Manager at LaSalle Construction and managed commercial interior, remodel and seismic retrofit projects.

Due to his extensive experience in estimating and managing projects, Mark is instrumental in ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and on-budget. With specialty in complex assignments, Mark applies his knowledge and expertise to each construction phase from inception to completion. His exceptional leadership and management abilities continue to be the key to his long-term success in the industry.

Mark graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree.

 

Denise Grossman
Chief Financial Officer

Denise Grossman co-founded Pinnacle Contracting Corporation in 1993. Denise’s experience of over 25 years in construction and real estate development has provided her with the knowledge to guide Pinnacle into the financially secure and respected construction company it has become.

Denise’s previous experience includes working as Controller for the $300 million Lake Sherwood Residential and Country Club Development for David H. Murdock.  During the 1980’s she was the Controller of Cal-Pac Construction, a medium sized commercial contracting company in Los Angeles.  Prior to that Denise worked in public accounting for 10 years.

With Denise’s guidance, Pinnacle has developed and maintains an exceptional relationship with it’s banking partners and bonding company securing bonding capabilities in excess of $25 million.

 

Chris Carr
Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager of Pinnacle Contracting Corporation, Chris Carr has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. With primary expertise in tenant improvements, his client list encompasses all industries including Entertainment, Financial and Technology.

Chris’s previous experience includes working as Sr. Vice President at Carr Builders Nationwide in which he was responsible for estimating and project management of tenant improvement construction. He also worked as Project Manager at Cannon Constructors with responsibility for bidding, negotiating, budgeting and managing of commercial projects.

Chris’s articulate approach to detail ensures that his projects are completed within budget and schedule parameters. His knowledge of both project and construction management is unparalleled in the industry. Due to his extensive training and experience in the field, it has enabled him to remain an essential component to any project team.

Chris attended Chaffey College and currently attends The Masters College.
