USC Wrigley Boone Center Housing

Description: 6 custom cottages built at Terminal Island in Los Angeles, were then barge transferred to Catalina Island to be set on new foundations. Cottages were stitched together at the site to become 3 duplexes. Traditional red tile roofs, custom plaster finish, custom kitchens and baths. Site work included drought tolerant and native landscape, porphyry pavers, custom fountain, pre-cast concrete, and extensive gabion retaining wall system.
